Rita Uchenna Nkem Dominic-Nwaturuocha, known professionally as Rita Dominic, was born on July 12, 1975, in Aboh Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria. The youngest of four children from the royal Nwaturuocha family, she was raised by parents who were both medical professionals.
