The Ondo State Government has barred schools in the state from holding graduation ceremonies for pupils in nursery, primary, and junior secondary schools. The decision was announced by the Commissioner for Education, Professor Igbekele Ajibefun, on Wednesday. Ajibefun explained that the new policy is part of measures aimed at restoring order in the education system. He stated that all private schools must undergo fresh accreditation to ensure they meet the required standard.
